    Burning fat is fine and exercise is fine but when you are as old as I am (73) doing all that exercise is not something I really want to do. Will the Phen375 still allow me to lose weight? I figure this will not be answered but thought I would try.

      Thank you for your inquiry. I understand that you would not want to do a lot of exercise. Yes, you can lose weight using Phen375 without a lot of exercise but you should assist by doing some simple things. Follow the eating habits they recommend. Eat oftener, with small meals. Cut out white carbohydrates like white rice, potatoes etc. and eat brown rice and sweet potatoes. Cut out a lot of sugar by avoiding deserts and processed foods full of sugar and salt. Don’t drink pop…even diet pop is bad if you really want to lose weight. Read the articles on my site for other great habits in losing weight. Use a smaller dinner plate and this will cut the amount you eat. If you can take a small walk in the fresh air each day this will make you feel better. Good luck and please let me know how you do.
